Competition Competition is a major and fun part of the barbershop world that helps keep us focused on raising the bar of performance excellence. We come together in a spirit of lighthearted competitors to see who's really got top form. We root for each other, cheer each other on, and once the medals have been handed out, we sing and party together into the night!
Regional Every year in April, the
International In the Fall, the winners of all regional contests, and a few "wildcards", gather at the International Competition. The 2013 International Competition will be held in Honolulu, Hawaii, November 4 - 9. You can view the complete contest on a live webcast from the Sweet Adelines International website. This is the ultimate women's a cappella competition! It is an awsome experience!
